Marketing Labs has been recognised as one of the best places to work in the UK. More than 5,000 companies applied for the title of Culture 100 —an awards initiative organised by Hyer— and over 20,000 employee interviews were conducted to narrow down the applicants to one hundred.

Culture 100 award winners include some of the UK’s best and brightest companies at the forefront of setting the standards for a people-first approach to workplace culture. Hyer describes the chosen one hundred as the kind of companies you’d recommend to a friend or family member.

The awards aim to uncover what it’s really like to work for a forward-thinking company that puts its people first. Is ‘people-first’ just a buzzword or does it feel different for the people at the forefront?

Josh Stapleton, Design and Development Specialist at Marketing Labs said:Working at Marketing Labs has been an incredibly rewarding experience. It’s a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued.

“The commitment to professional development and work-life balance makes it a great place to grow and thrive. It’s inspiring to be part of a team that genuinely cares about its people.”

Hyer’s culture ambassadors conducted anonymous interviews with the whole team to find out what it’s really like to work for Marketing Labs. They were looking for evidence of where we demonstrate exceptional commitment to our employees and meet the stringent criteria set by the judging panel.

Matt Janaway, Marketing Labs’ CEO, said:This award is a testament to how seriously we take culture at Marketing Labs. What makes this accolade different from all others is that it takes into account the feedback of the people who work in the business every day without any of the management bias you usually get with this kind of thing.”

Lots of companies can talk the talk, but very few can walk the walk. We had to justify our claims with evidence of the initiatives we already run as well as the ones we’ve got planned for the future.”

The Culture 100 includes companies of all sizes, from start-ups to global giants, across 22 industries.

Hyer will share its findings with the next generation of British workers as part of a series of workshops, weekly shows, career fairs, and live events at universities and colleges across the country.
