Andy has worked with clients of all sizes from around the world, helping startups through to global organisations reinvent themselves through branding, website design, and SEO.
Andy’s entrepreneurial journey began as a student, where he built a client base of 200+ freelance clients before becoming a university lecturer at just 21 years old after graduation. Before founding MadeByShape in 2010, he freelanced for some of Manchester’s top digital agencies. His agency now employs a team of 21 professionals.
Known for his straightforward, no-nonsense Manchester approach to design, Andy believes in creating websites that prioritise user experience and functionality over unnecessary complexity. He advocates for clean, purpose-driven design that focuses on the user journey and conversion.
Andy also provides consultancy sessions via Zoom to agency owners, business owners, and freelancers looking to improve their performance in the digital space. His portfolio includes work for well-known figures like Gary Neville and Sasha Wells.
