Decorative Collective is an online antique dealer catering to a predominantly B2C audience. The website allows member antique dealers to upload products for sale, allowing them to sell to a larger audience and making it easier for customers to find various antiques.
They contacted us about increasing traffic from their digital marketing channels, as well as increasing return on investment from their digital marketing efforts.

The challenge
One of the biggest challenges was the fact that several agencies had previously been hired to tackle SEO for the website. This had led to no clear SEO strategy being implemented and many errors that needed to be addressed.
We were also dealing with a challenging website system that meant some technical aspects of the site were difficult to fix or work around in order to get the best results from a technical SEO, CRO and UX standpoint.
We were also competing against larger competitors, leading to challenges with SEO and PPC.
The solution
We implemented a SEO strategy that included technical improvements, link building and on-page SEO. We made improvements to the website, with both SEO and CRO in mind, and drove ranking increases with increased equity.
We also monitored keyword rankings and are continuously looking for opportunities to improve ranking pages with on-page SEO. On top of this, we created a content strategy for the blog that keeps SEO in mind and implemented this, producing high-quality regular content.
